What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx, which consists of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
Our event was TEDxStCharles, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxStCharles event, TEDTalks video and live speakers were combined to spark discussion and connection with industry experts, passionate leaders, and folks who want to make a difference.
Topics that were discussed at TEDxStCharles included motivation, personal branding and leadership.
The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED.
